Keith Fest - Festival Branding, Poster Design & Merchandise

I was brought on board to create a professional brand identity and promotional materials for Keith Fest - a new music festival raising money for CALM and Suicide & Co.

Keith's parents wanted to create a music festival in his memory to raise money for mental health charities. I was brought in to develop a brand that felt authentic to Keith while giving the festival a professional, credible look.

The brief

Keith Fest is a family-friendly music festival held in memory of Keith Parvin. His parents wanted to honour his memory by putting on a festival for family and music lovers, raising funds for mental health charities CALM and Suicide & Co. They needed a logo, poster design, promotional materials, and merchandise - all built around Keith's original sketches.

What I delivered

Logo development based on Keith's original sketches, hero poster design, flyer design, social media graphics, and merchandise designs, including branded cups and bottle labels.

The story

I had an initial meeting with Keith's parents, where I really got to know them and what Keith was like. They showed me his sketch book and the drawings they wanted to incorporate into the design. The original skull sketch became the foundation for everything - I developed it into a bold, rock-style logo that captures Keith's personality while looking professional enough to work across posters, merchandise, and social media. The logo is still used on all their materials today, and it's one of those projects that meant more than just the design work.

What the organisers had to say

Yvette Bowler - Event Organiser

“The design is absolutely perfect and will always be used as our logo. I'm sure Keith would have loved the way his original skull sketch was enhanced. It definitely made a difference to sales - one lad we've never met before actually said he only came because he loved the poster design. I think that says something in itself. Thank you so much for your help and kindness.”
