The Brief

People's Pride Southampton is a non-profit organisation supporting LGBT people. When they launched their full pride event, Party in the Park, they needed a complete design package that felt professional, inclusive, and accessible - on a charity budget.

The story

Back in 2021, as we were coming out of lockdowns and big outdoor events were just starting up, I came across People's Pride Southampton while looking for small Pride events to take my market stall to. After seeing their existing materials, I knew I could help - so I offered my services to Jake and the rest of the team.

For the first event I produced their event programme and poster. The following year I worked closely with the team to deliver the full suite of designs - from stage banners and site maps to flyers, name badges, and social media content. When you hear feedback from attendees saying they came because the graphics grabbed their attention, that's a great feeling.
